Red Ironbark
Red Ironbark is a high quality native Australian hardwood, noted for its distinctive red to red-brown colouring. It has been a preferred structural flooring choice for more than 200 years. It is naturally strong, durable and relatively termite resistant. It is a heavy species compared to other hardwoods.
It is highly regarded within the Indigenous Community who it to make spear throwers and use its bark to treat injuries.

Manufactured to comply with AS 2796.
Fire rated in accordance with AS 3959-2009 and BAL 19 as a minimum.
Spotted Gum, Silvertop Ash and Red Ironbark are fire rated to BAL 29.
Chain of Custody as per AS 4707-2008 PEFC / AFS.
Red Ironbark by Parkside Timber has classified durabilty as Class 1 Above Ground.
Red Ironbark products are also available for decking and flooring.
