Blackbutt Flooring

Blackbutt is a large native Australian hardwood which is often used for structural applications, building framework and can be used to produce plywood.

This species is strong, durable and also provides good fire resistance. It’s a common choice for structural framework, decking and flooring.

Blackbutt has a natural fire resistance. Their fire retarding properties make them suitable for use in many bushfire prone areas under Australian Standard AS3959.
