TPP – Treated Pine Primed
TPP is a common choice for both residential and commercial outdoor building projects. This treated pine material protects against insect, termite and fungal attacks.
Swadlings TPP products are Claymark Tru-Pine (NZ) and Design Pine (Australian).
The Claymark Tru-Pine TPP product is impregnated with a chemical solution containing two major components; a fungicide and an insecticide. This gives it a long-term resistance to decay, insects and other wood destroying organisms. This effective and long lasting protection makes it very durable to applications exposed to the elements, such as pergolas and gazebos.
Claymark Tru-Pine TPP comes AFS, AFSC and Promoting Sustainable Forest Management (PEFC) approved.
